Leviticus 4:19-21

¹⁹ And he shall take all the fat and incense it upon the altar.

²⁰ And he shall do with this bullock as he did with the bullock of the sin, so shall he do with this; and thus the priest shall reconcile them, and they shall obtain forgiveness.

²¹ And he shall carry forth the bullock outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bullock; it is the sin of the congregation.
